Penumbras provides automated data broker removal services. We scan data broker websites to identify your personal information listings and submit opt-out requests on your behalf. We do not guarantee removal from all data brokers, as removal success depends on each broker's policies and compliance.

3. Account Registration

To use our Services, you must create an account and provide accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services.

4. Subscription and Billing

Penumbras offers subscription-based pricing. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.

You may use our Services only for lawful purposes and only to remove your own personal information or information of individuals who have authorized you to act on their behalf. You may not use our Services to remove information belonging to others without their consent, or for any purpose that violates applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Penumbras shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to Penumbras in the twelve months preceding the claim.
